The appeal hearing is scheduled for September 23rd. I guess that was the earliest they could get it in. I am coming home on Saturday to work for 2 weeks, then will be heading back to Ukraine to hopefully get everything finished and bring our boy home.

I am so glad that you now have a date and can come home to work while you wait for the date to approach. I am praying that you have a safe travel home and for Vacya to have a good few weeks until you can bring him home. Love,

You will probably need these two weeks to go clothes shopping for Vacya for he has grown so much!
I'm sure you are not looking forward to the long flight home but it will be nice to see you even
for a short while.

Josh, Kaley, Sarah, the boys, and Joe came over last night for dads
birthday. It was a nice time but we missed you. Jeremiah kisses the
computer screen often for he misses you too.
Tomorrow is Granda Sues' birthday and she wants "Red Lobster".

Yay! A court date. I am so glad you can come home for a little while, too. I'm sure Joey misses you. The 23rd is also Kevin and Elaina's birthday. So, maybe that will be good luck.
I'm knee high in frosting today. I'm making a wedding cake. I've come a long way since my first cake at your wedding, Joe & Jaime! But I still don't like frosting! We love you & miss you!
